Hey, It's Cold Outside

Apparently I cannot accept that the temps have dropped for good because I decided to brave the day sans-tights with this dress....bad decision. Truthfully, I am barely outside during the day at all, basically to walk in and out of the office and that's it. How pathetic! I have a garage attached to my apartment so no need to walk outside to get in and out of my building and then even at the gym, there is a parking garage which is a little chilly but I am not actually facing any of the elements. So basically what I am saying is, I have become a bit of sissy. One gust of wind sends me shivering! I can look out the window all day and it appears to be nice, with the sun shining and all that, so then I forget what season we are in and my exposed legs are frozen when I speed walk to my car as it starts to get dark. I used to walk almost 15 minutes in any and all weather conditions to classes in college and less than 2 years later, I am a wimp. Once the snow falls, my mind will be convinced and I will no longer be tricked into thinking I can manage with a lighter jacket. Now I know it is officially winter coat weather so no more bare legs until spring.
