The family and I enjoy a good baseball game. It has become a bit of a summer tradition to go to a game at least once a summer and we stayed true to that already this year on the Friday they were in town. It was not just their first time at Dodger Stadium but mine as well. The traffic getting up and down from this stadium on a hill was completely atrocious to say the least but I was glad to have had the experience with them. Fireworks were involved at the end of the game, we saw extra innings AND the game winning run was scored by stealing home. I mean, it was practically right out of the end of The Sandlot and it doesn't get any better than that. Despite the fact that we were not cheering on our dear old Redlegs, it was fun to see a different ballpark and enjoy some baseball together.
